Two of our favorite holidays are this month. Beer day, and international beer day. At Shakespeare’s our favorite way to celebrate is by getting together and drinking beer. Check out some the interesting sporting events that are taking place this month.
- August 4: The world dodgeball cup will be held in New York at Madison Square Garden. The best dodgeball players from all around the world will be taking P.E class to the next level.
- August 9 – 12: Missouri will be hosting this year’s PGA championship. The length of the course will be more than 7,400 yards.
- August 27 – Sep 9: The end of this month kicks off the start of the US Open. This will be the final Grand Slam event this year. Tennis fans, get ready!
- August 29 – Sep 3: We will be ending the month with an exciting event for car lovers. The NHRA U.S National drag racing event is the longest running Labor Day motor-racing event in the United States.
